Iphigenia Tarou started her career in 1987 at Johnson & Johnson Hellas Medical Sector as Management Trainee. With continuing upgraded positions in different commercial divisions, in 2004 took over the position of the Managing Director. The company received Best Workplaces Hellas Awards in 2005 and 2006. In 2007 moved to Europe Middle East & Africa as Managing Director of the Advanced Wound Care Division. In 2009 joined Covidien as General Manager Greece & Cyprus and in 2014 joined CSL Behring as General Manager Greece & Cyprus. Currently she is consulting various business development projects in Life Sciences.

Her business attitude is focused on building credibility by delivering quality results and supporting honest communication. Her service approach is centered on the principle of business exposure to different environments and through understanding of clients’needs as well as those of society’s.

Iphigenia is a Member of the Geek Association of CEOs and a Member of its Task Force Team for empowering professional women. Also a Member of the Greek Americal Chamber of Commerce and its Women-in-Business Committee.

She is a Chemical Engineer by education ( BSc, MSc U.K.) and she is a mother of a 26-year-old son and a 23-year-old daughter, both graduates and now working professionals.
