Mr. Anastasios Tzikas

Mr. Tzikas was born in Thessaloniki in 1958 and graduated from the faculty of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from the Department of Electrical Engineering.

Anastasios Tzikas is President of the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology and Communications Enterprises (SEPE) and of the High Technology Business Park Technopolis Thessaloniki S.A.

He is also the President of the Board of Thessaloniki International Fair – Helexpo S.A., a Board Member of the Information Society S.A., a Member of the Hellenic Australian Business Council, a Board Member of the Thessaloniki Tourism Organization as well as Honorary President of the Association of Information Technology Companies of Northern Greece (SEPVE), of which he was President for more than 15 years.

He was one of the founders of Singular Software S.A. where he was Managing Director from 1987 to 2004 and President of the Board of Directors until 2005. During this period he was also Managing Director of Singular Bulgaria and Singular Romania (1995-2004), Vice President of Internet Hellas Telecommunications (2001- 2003), as well as Managing Director of Delta Singular (2001-2004).

Ms. Brunilda Paskali

Mrs. Brunilda Paskali is currently Special Advisor International Affairs to the President of Albania and former Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipality.

She has a Bachelor Degree in Languages from Tirana University and holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University of Vermont (USA).

Mrs. Paskali has had a long experience of over 15 years in managing her own company in the field of education. She has worked as a professor and Chief of the International Relation Department of the Non-Public University “Wisdom University”.

In the last three years she has been working for the central and local government: from 2013-2015 as Deputy Minister of Economy, Tourism, Trade and Entrepreneurship and from 2015 to 2017 as Deputy Mayor of Tirana. In her position as Deputy Mayor of Tirana she covered fields such as economy, international relations, economic empower of women, social issues etc.

Mr. Wim Groenendijk

Wim Groenendijk is Director International Business at N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and Managing Director of Gasunie Engineering B.V.

He also serves as President of Gas LNG Europe (GLE) and as Vice-President of Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE).

Wim Groenendijk has been a founding member of the ENTSOG Board during its first term (2010-2012) and has been a member of the GIE Board since 2011.

Before joining Gasunie in 2007, he has been with Shell International for 17 years, working at various locations and operating units around the world. Wim holds a PhD in Mathematics.”

Ms. Maia Bitadze

Prof. Maia Bitadze, author of more than 12 scientific articles on Environmental and Human Rights Law, works on the issues of the Environmental Law for more than 15 years and currently is Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi, Georgia.

She graduated from Tbilisi State University International Law School in 1999 with Honors and was awarded with the Doctorate Degree in Law later, in 2007 after defending thesis in the field of Environmental Human Rights Law.

Ms Bitadze is the Associate Professor of the Environmental Law at Tbilisi State University and the Caucasus School of Law, she is also invited lecturer at the Georgian University and Grigol Robakidze University. She had worked as a legal expert for the various international organizations, such as are UNDP, OSCE and FAO, focusing on the Environmental topics. Ms. Bitadze has also hold the positions in the governmental institutions of Georgia such as the Parliamentary Committee of the Environment and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia, among them in 2011- 2014 she worked as a Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry.

Ms. Bitadze was engaged in various training courses during 2004-2008, including the “Human Rights, Law and Ethics” at the Central European University St. Budapest, Hungary; United Nations Law of the Sea Tribunal Summer Academy St. Hamburg, Germany; Introduction to European Community Law (EUSP), Tbilisi, Georgia; Study visit to the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights. Strasbourg, France; European Integration Processes (UNDP), Tbilisi, Georgia; Workshop within the Stockholm Convention about National Action Plan – Ministry of Environment and National Resources Protection of Georgia, Tbilisi; the European Court of Human Rights Seminar-2004-Acts Law Institute, Tbilisi; Georgia legislative systems, in Tbilisi (UNDP); and Notary, Civil and Commercial Law – Ministry of Justice. Georgia, Tbilisi.

Ms. Bitadze is the Chair of the Bureau of the Meeting of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention and the Chair of the working group of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention, was Deputy Minister of the Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia (2014-2017) and to date is Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Dr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis

Dr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis he is a graduate of the School of Economics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Macedonia.

He has also authored a historical album titled ‘Magical Pictures’ on the history of Thessaloniki International Fair since its founding, the books “Fair Stories” and “How to participate at International Fairs”, one comic “Dethistas” and one educational game “CITY GAME – Thessaloniki”.

Dr. Pozrikidis has also participated in dozens of studies. He has served as a member of the Board (1995 – 1998) and as President (1998 – 2000) of the European Tourism Trade Fairs Association. He is a member of the Board (2012 – today) of the International Fair Union (Union des Foires Internationals.

He is the President of the Central European Fairs Alliance – CEFA and certified member of the International Association of Professional Exhibition Organisers (IAEM).

He currently serves as Managing Director of TIF-HELEXPO, the Hellenic exhibition agency.

Mr. Stergios Pitsiorlas

Born in Thessaloniki in 1955. He is a graduate of the faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. On March 2015 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) and resigned on November 2016 after assuming the position of Deputy Minister of Economy and Development.

He worked as a lawyer between 1982 and 2004, while he worked as an expert consultant on the evaluation of the Integrated Mediterranean Programs (Eastern & Central Greece) between 1991-1993. Since 2010, he is working in the Renewable Energy Sources sector (Member of the Board of “Maurovouni Wind Farm S.A.” and Chairman of “Zaraka Koupia S.A.”).

He was the Chairman of the construction company “Stroicentre Real Estate S.A.” between 2011 and 2014. He has been the Chairman of “Med Sea Health S.A.” and “Mare Village S.A.” since 2008 (design and implementation of tourism investment project in Kassandra, Chalkidiki).
